I'm glad you found my site. We all experience moments when navigating daily life becomes difficult. Those difficult moments can be even more troubling during these troublesome times. We can feel powerless over our thoughts and emotions causing us to feel anxious and depressed. Life may feel unmanageable and we don't know how to move forward.

Bringing uncomfortable thoughts and emotions to the surface can be intimidating and overwhelming but utilizing evidence-based techniques we work to shift thinking and behavior to improve mood, functioning, and a sense of well-being. Using a solution-focused lens, we draw from the strengths, experiences, and abilities you already possess rather than attempting to build new skills from scratch. Although this can seem like an impossible task when you begin your therapy journey, Together we will identify your goals and establish the steps so you can reach those goals.
